The keynote speech of 28th Domestic Informatics Congress was
made by (TBD) Head of Turkish Informatics Association Turhan
Menteş. Following his speech; TBD Honorary President Aydın Köksal,
from Digital Turkey Platform; Faruk Eczacıbaşı, Microsoft General
Director; Tamer Özmen, Head of Information Technologies and Comm. Board;
Dr. Tayfun Acarer and Minister of Transportation; Binali Yıldırım
got the floor. Then the event continued with award ceremony. Within the scope of “Informatics Service Awards” the award of 3rd Best Mobile Application in Turkey was taken by Sisoft's Chairman of the Board; Ömer Siso.
