85th in Arabia Fast Growth 500+ Turkey
The Summit of Global Agenda was the follow-up the
"Entrepreneurship Summit" hosted by theUSA in Washington on 26-27 April 2010. The summit
under the theme "Entrepreneurship, Values and Development: A Global
Agenda" hosted by Turkey in Istanbul Congress Center on 3-6 December
2011 following a letter written by Mr. Erdoğan to USA President Barack
Obama under the auspices Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Prime Minister
of the Republic of Turkey, and under the coordination of the Prime Ministry and
in partnership with The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey
(TOBB) and the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey
(TEPAV). President of Grand
National Assembly of Turkey Cemil Çiçek, Vice-President Joe Biden,
Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan, Ministry of Science, Industry and
Technology Nihat Ergün attended the event but Prime Minister Mr.
Erdoğan couldn't attend due to his medical
issues.
The Arabia 500+Turkey has been asked to participate in the 2011
Prime Minister's Summit on Entrepreneurship in
Istanbul on
December 3-5, 2011. Hosted by Prime
Minister Erdogan of Turkey,
the Summit will bring together the Arabia
500+Turkey winners with public,
private and civic leaders from around the world. Sisoft ranked between

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey
(TOBB) in partnership with the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey
(TEPAV) will host the inaugural Arabia
500+Turkey Awards. Other than
the US Inc. 500, the Arabia 500+
Turkey
is the only ranking of 500
fast growth private companies. The
Arabia 500
is a new milestone for the world.
The overall objective of the Second Global Summit on
Entrepreneurship was held in Istanbul Congress Centre to improve the culture of
entrepreneurship for cross cultural approximation and sustainable development,
to support global cooperation among entrepreneurs and to share success stories.
In line with this objective, Prime Ministry had exerted great effort to ensure
participation from countries all over the world. The Summit reached to a level
in which entrepreneurship and was discussed at a global scale and it allowed the
participants to create networks with their peers ranging various fields thus
providing a unique contribution to the global entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Leading investors, financiers, entrepreneurs, representatives from NGOs and
academicians attended the Summit .
Head of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of
Turkey (TOBB) Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was one of the keynote speakers of
Arabia 500 + Turkey organized within the scope of "Entrepreneurship, Values
and Development: A Global Agenda"
Following the speeches, the awards ceremony was held and
Deputy Director General Nejat Çakmak, MD and International Trade Coordinator
Nejat Ünsal took the award on behalf of Sisoft.
